How It Works
There can be multitude of reasons as to why you would like to sell your home quickly. Maybe you’re at a risky financial position where you can no longer afford monthly payments and are at serious risk of foreclosure. Or maybe you’ve just gotten a new job in a completely different part of the country and need to relocate quickly. Or maybe you’ve inherited a home that you don’t want or need. Or maybe you own a house that’s been damaged or worn down over time and you don’t want to deal with it. Or maybe one other scenario is you just want to sell your home quickly without having to deal with the time and fees of putting it up on the market through a real estate office.
Regardless of what your situation is, the process for how we will purchase your house here at We Buy Houses Las Vegas will remain the same. Here are the steps that will need to be followed:
First and foremost, you will need to contact us. You can do this either through phone or e-mail. Either way, you’ll be in touch with one of our in-house customer service representatives who will speak to you right away or get back to you within twenty four hours if you contact us outside of working hours.
You can explain your situation to the representative, the location of your home, and schedule an appointment at the earliest possible time of convenience for you.
Next, we will need to meet in person to get to know you and assess the value of your home. We’ll meet at the scheduled time and listen to the reasons why you would like to sell your home, the factors that have led to your decision to sell, and how quickly you need this to occur by.
Evaluating Your Home
We will give your home a thorough evaluation and assessment to determine the amount that we can offer. During this evaluation, we will need to learn multiple things from you, including any legal liens that exist, how much you currently owe on the home, any damage done, and so on.
Don’t worry about damage to the home, as we buy any house in ‘as-is’ condition.
We’ll Make An Offer
Once our assessment process is complete and we have learned everything about the house there is to know, we’ll assess comparable homes and their average costs of repair.
Based on all of this information, we an then make you an offer that will take into account the age, condition, location, and fair market value of your home.
It’s then up to you to accept or decline our offer. If you would like to negotiate, we are more than willing to do so.
If you accept an offer or if we negotiate an agreed upon price, the only thing left to do will be to close on the offer. There is no finance or hidden fees involved, and we will arrange to have the cash payment sent to you.
